I completed the Space Quest box with a young man on the Autism spectrum. He really enjoyed reading the fact sheet and was very engaged in the activity. The instructions were clear and simple to follow, which required very little assistance from myself for him to put together. When we tested the finished product he responded, "wow it's beautiful, just like the night sky!".

Right off the bat, I was impressed that there wasn't a huge laundry list of ingredients, because as a novice cook myself, recipes that have a ton of ingredients really overwhelms me, so it would definitely overwhelm my son (10) as well. Awesome dinner! We made the Cacio E Pepe, from the Roman pasta dishes meal box. Kids loved every bite of it. Both my boys were thrilled that they made this.
